Jefferson Lions Club Scholarship |
|
The Jefferson Lions Club scholarship in the amount of $500 is presented to a Jefferson High School graduating senior who has demonstrated academic achievement, is of good character, is active in our community, and has enrolled in college to further his or her scholastic career.
The Lions Club recognizes that expenses are on-going throughout the college years, so the recipient may re-apply for an additional $500 tuition scholarship each year for an overall total of four years. To be eligible for the yearly scholarships, the student must be enrolled full-time, maintain a 2.5 or higher GPA, declare their major by the Junior Year, remain solid in mind and character, and continue to serve the community in which they live.
