Dinner is Served!
After the Pledge and Invocation, Riverport Barbecue had a spread of food ready for the crowd. When the main course was over, everyone was treated to the desserts furnished by the Lions and their spouses.

As dinner wrapped up, Jefferson Lions Club President Mike Wood made the opening remarks before starting the awards ceremony. His address included a demonstration of how Lion Joe and Lion Mitchel managed to get head wounds while setting up Jefferson's Enchanted Christmas Forest last year (not to worry - the heads of the wounded were so thick that no permanent damage was done).

During the ceremony, many pins, certificates and plaques were awarded to Lions for attendance, service, and more. Just a few of the recipients are shown below:
